Assignment is almost completed..have not done vetting through yet..but i think i can leave tat for later.. got to catch up with my readings and prep for coming exam. Already i am behind my timetable..although i must say, this is the closest i have ever followed a timetable set by myself since sec sch days.. Have nv failed to create a revision timetable for myself but have also nv succeeded in following the timetable since sec3. sometimes i also dunno do for wat. but it makes me feel organised. haha. even though im not. :p
just sent a list of my set objectives n achievements for 2009 to my in-charge so tat she can attach to my PPA form. (PPA stands for personal performance appraisal..i think :p) wonder wat grade will i get for the 2009. im hoping i have done enough to be worthy of a grade 2, but some of my frens tell me that when u are away for TL (training leave), u automatically get a grade 3. Personally, i think thats unfair because that shld be the grade u get for the following yr's PPA (which appraises the year that u are away) and not the year which u put in so much blood n sweat.. but who am i to say? if i can get a grade 2, i shld just thank my lucky stars.. but if not..guess i will buy Boost - strawberry squeeze drink and sayang myself for a day. okay maybe 2 days.. :)
