Would you believe it? i have already been here in perth a month and more. This room that ive been sleeping, resting, stoning in is where i belong..represents my everything here in this country..As i look around it now, from the floor where im sitting typing this entry, there is nothing personal about this room.. No photos, no stickers, no posters.. nothing of that sort that i took pains to decorate my previous abode in melbourne.. Yet i feel comfortable here.. Maybe cos i noe this is only temporary.. When i made my rented apartment like a home in melbourne, it only made me more homesick.. cos its not home.. Or maybe i have just grown older, wiser..
Perth is nothing like what i had expected.. i had expected a quiet, boring city which i was sure i would hate.. well, it is indeed quiet and boring.. but surprisingly, no hatred. :) in fact, i have grown rather fond of this place.. the weather is not as harsh as melbourne, nor as unpredictable.. and i see plenty of green lush grass everywhere.. did i also mention about the trees??
True, the fruits are nowhere as cheap as melbourne, the internet is so slow that i can twiddle my thumbs, the transport drives me nuts everytime..but...im happy..wierd rite??
the moon is really beautiful tonight..
